Does anyone recommend any in particular...?

I'd like to really get involved in the strategy side of the game and hopefully put it to good use in my own game. I'm a small stakes player and I haven't been involved in alot of decent strategy talkings or situations but would like to start getting serious about my game. Knowledge is power am I right?

I've been searching through eBay and google but there's quit a few to choose from so I'm looking for some tips, reviews and recommendations on books you've read or heard are a good read.

I'm looking at getting the Full Tilt Poker Strategy guide maybe this week or next. I've also got my eye on Online Poker by Doyle Brunson & perhaps Super System just to top it off.

Anyone read these..?

Have you read it, what's it like? I know who David Sklansky is but know next to nothing about him to know if he is actually someone with good advice and knowledge.

I agree, No Limit Hold'em Theory and Practice is a decent book for beginner -> intermediate players and live players.

Let There Be Range is one of the better ones for online players.

I wouldn't bother with Super System these days, although if you have a lot of spare time.. reading a selection of random books such as Super System and other possibly outdated ones isn't terrible, it lets you see how other people think about the game.  Also some of the older books like Ace On The River might not teach great strategy but they could help you think about what it takes to be a professional.
