I have a Pokerstars account and don't seem to have a problem. Can access their website too. Is this just a USA problem, I'm located elsewhere.

2+2 is where all the info will come out into the open no doubt. I'll be watching this closely...

After reading 2+2 it looks like it's business as usual for everyone outside the U.S.

Pokerstars new support e-mail is now. This is going to get ugly.

Also FTP and PS have currently suspended real money play for everyone inside the U.S until this is resolved it looks like.

they did it with capone- they couldnt get him for being what he was so they went after him for tax evasion. they cant get the poker sites for being poker sites because they know they got the bill through in an unconstitutional manner so they going after them for money laundering instead. stars willbe fine as they have so much of their traffic outside the US and they have star.eu etc but tilt is a different matter. If I had big money sat in there and had a chance to get it out I would be doing it as quick as possible because if theyve frozen their assets there wont be enough to draw everyones cash out.

The general feeling is that it would be safer to keep your money online as you know where it is and it won't get caught in limbo through a payment processor. I don't have any money on Pokerstars at the moment, but do have a decent amount of coin on Absolute but it looks like it's business as usual for everyone outside the USA.
